¶1 Juan A. Sanchez-Torres appeals from a judgment of conviction for two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, two counts of causing a child to view sexual activity, and one count of battery, contrary to WIS. STAT. §§ 948.02(1), 948.055(1) and 940.19(1) (2005-06).*fn1 He also appeals from an order denying his post-conviction motion for a new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgment and order.
