Ronald Salmons appeals a judgment convicting him of five counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child, contrary to § 948.02(2), Stats., and an order denying post-conviction relief. Salmons argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it (1) denied Salmons motion to introduce evidence of the victims prior claims of sexual assault and letters to her boyfriend describing her fantasies of sexual acts; (2) admitted "other acts" evidence; and (3) imposed an unduly harsh sentence. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgment and order.
