Habib Tawfeq Saleh appeals his conviction of one count of first degree murder for killing his former wife, Elizabeth Edwards. The trial court properly admitted statements Saleh made during a telephone call he initiated with police, and correctly admitted the results of tests performed on samples of Salehs hair and blood. Moreover, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in making the evidentiary rulings that he challenges on appeal. Finally, there was neither prosecutorial misconduct nor cumulative error. We affirm.
